Raspberry Lemon Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
· 1 cup unsweetened nut milk
· ¼ cup water
· ¼- ½ cup frozen raspberries
· ½ a lemon, rind cut off
· 1 serving vanilla protein powder
· 1 T psyllium fiber
· 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
· ¼ small avocado, fresh or frozen
· Shakes of cinnamon + cardamom
· Optional: 1-2 scoops of collagen for additional protein
Directions
1. In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until well mixed
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
