Buffalo Chicken Burgers
If you’re looking for an affordable, easy protein source that’s filled with flavor, look no further than these buffalo chicken burgers! They’re perfect to batch cook and even freeze well. They’re 4 ingredients plus spices you likely already have in your kitchen. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

Yield: 4 burgers
Ingredients
1 lb organic ground chicken
Big handful of chopped greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix work well)
1/2 small red onion, diced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
lots of freshly cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 cup crushed up gluten free crackers, or breadcrumbs
Directions
Preheat your outdoor grill, oven to 375 F, or cast iron pan with a dash of oil/butter on medium heat
In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients and form into 3-4 patties. I prefer to wear disposable gloves as the chicken is very sticky, but this is optional
Place burgers on a parchment lined baking pan and cook for 18-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or grill/cook in your cast iron pan, until a thermometer reaches 165 F
Store in the fridge, or cool and freeze for later
