Chocolate Pudding
REAL ingredients without any added sugar means you can feel no shame in eating this pudding for breakfast ;) and because dessert for breakfast is always a good idea, if you ask me!
Dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free, soy free
Yield: 2-3 servings
Ingredients
1 cup canned, unsweetened coconut milk (full fat or light - only ingredients should be coconut and water)
splash/quarter cup water
2 T cacao powder
3 T chia seeds
1/2 T gelatin
few shakes of cinnamon
optional: if you prefer a sweeter pudding, add in 1/2 a small banana
optional: 1-2 scoops collagen
toppings: cacao nibs, unsweetened coconut, chocolate chips
Directions
Blend all ingredients, besides toppings, in a high speed blender
Pour into a glass container and refrigerate for at least a few hours to thicken
Top with cacao nibs or you favorite toppings and enjoy!
